Description
The Deep Dock was a massive cargo dock that was used as a sort of port to Jisang tower, long before the smog rolled in. After the lower floors became uninhabitable, the dock stopped being used for obvious reasons and the tower began to stand by itself as a pillar of humanity in a sea of smog. However some scavengers have said that if you are low enough, and you look out some of the shattered windows and strain to see through the smog, sometimes you can see lights moving about the old dock. As if ghosts who forgot to move on to the afterlife, they swim through swirling pollution.
